Over a year ago, I had a private session with Emerald to learn all about Eosoma Method and how to effectively apply it in our lives. She provided handouts and clear explanations, and since the session I have felt confident that I will not have an unplanned pregnancy; I have been using the method for almost a year with no "scares". Emerald is also such a sweet and gentle person, and I love how she is really passionate about sharing her work with women and helping them to become more empowered around their bodies and sexuality. It really was a great thing for me, to get to know my cycle and to be able to comfortably give up condoms and all synthetic forms of birth control. Very empowering.
